Join The Green Room this summer for a non-stop week of musical theatre magic! Our one-week Musical Theatre Camp runs from 10am to 3pm and is the perfect combination of singing, dancing, acting and summer fun. Have a blast learning fun numbers from popular musicals, building confidence, and making new friends. No experience needed, just a big smile and a love for the performing arts!

Sing your heart out! Belt out tunes from your favorite musicals, from classic Disney hits to modern pop mashups. Learn vocal techniques, stage presence, and how to make every note shine!
Move and groove! Discover the joy of movement with fun and funky choreography tailored for all levels. Whether you're a dancing queen or a shy shuffler, we'll help you find your rhythm and rock the stage!
Act it up! Unleash your inner characters through drama games, improvisation, and scene work. Learn how to tell stories with your body and voice, and transform into anything you can imagine!
Make new friends! Camp is more than just learning - it's about building friendships, sharing laughs, creating memories, and inspiring others!
Shine on stage! As the grand finale, you'll showcase your newfound skills in a mini-musical performance. Get ready to let your imagination shine as you share the magic of theatre with your family and friends!

CLASSES
ACTING CLASS
Imagination, creativity, focus, teamwork and fun are the framework for The Green Room's acting classes. Students will get to become lots of fun characters from oompa loompas, to a Who from Whoville, to the Queen of Hearts to Mufasa the king of the jungle! We will explore creative ways to use our bodies and voices to tell our stories on the stage! Acting class is a place for imaginations to really run wild and we encourage our campers to take chances as they bring their characters to life!
DANCE CLASS
Campers learn how to "work the stage" with high energy routines to popular music from artists such as Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift, as well as to musical theater classics from shows such as Wicked, Annie, and many more! In our Jazz/Musical Theater dance class students will learn the styles of Fosse, and Robins while working together as an ensemble. Students will practice warmups, techniques, and exercises as they perform routines with friends that are simple and fun!
SUMMER FUN!
Let the good times roll during our summer fun camp time!
Lanyard making, treasure hunts, water activities, friendship bracelets, a nature walk around campus! Along with our performing arts programming, we will provide a myriad of games, activities, and classic summer fun!
SHOW DETAILS
REHEARSALS
Whether your child is new to theatre or an experienced performer, they are sure to have a blast during Rehearsal Week! Students will be given a script from a popular musical at the beginning of the week.
Throughout the camp day, we will work on staging the scenes, learning the music of the show, and choreographing dance numbers. Students will play games that will help them develop their characters, make bold choices on stage, and learn clever ways to memorize lines, songs, and dances.
PERFORMANCE DAY!
This is the most exciting day of camp! Our performers come together as an ensemble to put on the show they've been rehearsing all week.
Friends and family are invited to come in on Friday at 2pm to attend the performance. The show includes full costumes and makeup as well as imaginative sets and customized props.
This final day is a big moment for all of the campers involved as they get to showcase their talent and hard work!
